Energy spells

Is there any beginner spells i can do. I have done the PSI ball but that is WAY to easy.

a energy ball you can make in your hands like a fire ball but it isnt fire it is energy

It may be easy, but fill it with enough energy so it becomes distinctly visible to anyone who doesn't even practice the craft, once you can bring it into a visible manifestation then you can say it's easy ;)

Yes, but it is very much possible to do, just take energy, SERIOUS FOCUS, and very good visualization skills to form and compact the energy, all these things just take time to achieve, thus once you have made a psi ball don't think you know psi, it is not even the tip of the iceberg, but it is serious work too ;)

When making a psi ball make a basic one about the size of a marble, no larger than that, and then just keep focussing energy into it, make the energy compress and expand simultaniously and at the same time visualize what type of energy you are filling it with, then focus on the centre atoms within the marble sized psi ball, then start focussing even more energy into it thus causing it to expand, at this point if you have been doing it right your hands should be shaking like crazy and if you stick your finger in the middle of the psi ball you may feel physical pain, so rather don't ;) This is the basic construct of a psi ball, if you have more focus you can ad in elemental energy to further increase the effect and strength of the psi ball.
