Can someone help or learn me to control the gift I have

If I wan to meditate I just leave my body most of the time

From what i now about it, this just means that your naturally adept at Astral Projection. When meditating focus on holding your Astral body still if you don't want to Astral Project.

I have never done it (have tried for ages) but from what I know all you gotta do is visualize what u wanna do

As a fellow astral projector, I find lucid dreaming helped me control this ability. Why would this help, you may ask?

I've had this ability since I was four years old, and could barely control it. My great great grandmother introduced me to lucid dreaming, or being aware/controlling your dreams, after learning of my experiences. She told me that when I was having a lucid dream, to make a safe, comfortable space, and then call upon my spirit guides, since within your personal dream realm is the safest way to communicate with them. You can do this by saying something like, "I call upon my spirit guides, and any spirits with kind and white intentions, to come upon my aid."

I recommend asking them how to control it, and they will likely help you.
