I'm a newbie here. So, is there any spells for beginners and also some psychic practises? And is there any time and teleportation spells?

Banzll, you are mistaken. There are legitimate teachers if magic. There is no 'true way' to teach or to learn, and nothing has been lost to some nebulous concept of ages past.
There are many systems and traditions of magic. Some people will study on their own, while some may seek a coven, grove, temple, den, lodge, or what have you.
Just because it does not fall under your own beliefs of is not the tradition you follow does not make it false.
Welcome! Well, I don't if you've read the forums regarding your first question, but there's no such thing as "beginner's spell" or something... But I suppose you mean a spell with simple objects, simpl task and easy to perform. If I were you I'd start from the basics...
As a member mentioned, see and understand how magick works... You should start from the basics. I suggest to start with meditation and work up your way. If you want strong and long spells, you should make your magickal energy stronger. You do that by learning basics, especially energy manilulation...
Before you start practising on your psychic abilities you should have made your magickal energy strong, or else it won't work...
It is preety much possible to travel in time, both in past and future. Future though, you should know it's never written on stone and events change all the time. So if you see a future event it's the possible future; it's fifty-fifty if it's going to happen.
You are able to see future through the Akashic Records, or a kind of psychic ability.... You are able to visit the Akashics through Astral Projection for sure, but I think it's possible through deep meditation or some sort of thing.
