Gathering/ChannelinEnergy

I would like to conversate about how to Gather and/or Channel your energy. I use a simple meditation technique with fairly good visualisation. First I light a candle. Second I get into a comfortable position either sitting or lying down is fine. I first imagine my 7 chakras then visualize the earths energy coming through the ground through my feet to head. Each time with deep breathes. Imagine a warm white light color (Or whatever color you wish.) I do this twice a day for 20 minutes. After i'm done with the meditation I hold out my left hand. I then listen to the center of my body where the solar plexus is located. ( You must stay calm phsically and mentally.) Each breath I bring the energy from my feet to my left hand. (You should be feeling a tingle or warm sensation on your hand) After i'm done with channeling my energy to my hand I give the energy back to the earth. Any other ways to gather and or channel your energy is welcome. Please share. We are all friends here. right?
