i'm new at this so pardon me if i dont know much i'm just learning. if any one knows a good place to get supplies (besides the internet) that would be great!

Well most of the time, you don't need any supplies at all, you can gather tools as your knowledge and craft grows.

For the very basics, try cheap stores or the supermarket, you can find tea lights really cheaply in so many shops, and lots of the more commonly used herbs (if you want to use them) can be found in the supermarket.

Most of the time, all items can be bought or made at a later date, as very little, if anything is needed when you first begin practicing.
