screaming while sleeping

This is happeningfor a while I don't actually remember anything but my mother and all my family said that they heard me talking and in the last few time they heard me screaming I am little afraid that it could be some ghost or demon plz help me.(and sorry for my bad English)

Ones my mother told me that I've been screaming my brothers name and today she said that I was screaming:"Leave me alone!" and she asked me what was holding me and did that thing let me,but I was confused because I don't remember anything.

Night terrors are pretty common. They boil are essentially more severe nightmares, where the individual suffering from them may cry out or otherwise express their fear in their sleep. This is particularly likely if you are stressed or worried about events in your life, or have otherwise suffered trauma.

Consider some herbal sleep aids to help find more restful sleep, if you're not sleeping well. You could also meditate and clear your head before sleeping, and this may help. Cleanse your bedroom, bed, pillows, and blankets and the like too, if you feel there is negativity that is impacting you, to create a positive environment for your rest. Alternatively, you can consider a spell bag with herbs and charms to keep under your pillow. The pleasant scent of the herbs can be quite soothing, and you can use the charms and whatever you charge it with to help prevent the nightmares.
