I'm going to ask a very controversial question. Can energy be manipulate? There many on this site even the beginners and novice say this can't be dont..well other mods and novice has told me flat out impossible.. I myself have tried this and has worked to some degree .. not as much as some has speculate it to work.. I'm not going to say what has worked because some will just call me fluff.. and the ones that know what I'm talking about please let me what you think and your experience.

This would depend on how you define energy manipulation.

Actually I rather not define because I learned different type of people control different type of energ. I think that's why ttheres confusing

Nord is right, ideally we need to know what you define as energy manipulation.

"Fluffy" versions of energy manipulation involve things like telekinesis, or any form of kinesis.
But energy manipulation is used in spells and rituals as a way to push our intent out into the world, hoping for a magickal result, this version is not fluffy but as has already been said, whether your view on energy manipulation is fluffy or not depends on what you consider energy manipulation to be.

I never said he was wrong. I just want to want see both side of the coin so to speak. We can have a convo abou sending energy into for a magical result. But I don't want to bbe one sided

To answer your question yes. Scientifically we manipulate energy every day. Can we manipulate metaphysical energy yes that's technically what magick is. Can you shoot lightning out of your fingertips unfortunately not. Because your physical body is not built to conduct electricity or to tolerate extremely high voltages.

So I can manipulate energy the way I want to? I been doing that except more advance . Now I can't manipulate air or electricity. Anyways I see your point for reason it's hard to grasp the reality

Let's take a look at an example. Let's say for instance your room is a bad vibe place. You feel depressed every time you go in there. This is thought to be because of negative energy. The energy affects you causing these negative emotions. So you perform a spell/ritual to cleanse the area making your room a happy place. The ritual or spell is drawing positive energy to you and should be removing the negative energy from the area. So your using a tool to manipulate the energy changing it from one aspect to another.

So it's about negative and positive energy? And how you effect it. There got to be a broader thing about it.. There is so many other type of energy I just don't believe there just two types of energy

Of course there are more then two. How many however is up for debate.
