can a mortal become a god

from what i understand the egyptians created the pypamids so the pharaohs can become gods..i know that in the jewish roman and scandinaviax mythology a mortal becomes a god ones he ates the food of gods..and also i heard that some mystics say that thers lost religious texts which give the instructions for rituals which will grant you the knowledge and power necessery to gain godhood

forgatten - maybe it chamges form but there comes a point in which our bodies can't no longer contain our soul which is astral..in gnostic beliefs we are astral beings traped in a material world..you have an ankh the symbol of life for an avatar so i think that you agree with me..beside - i'm speaking of godhood NOT immortality..those are not the same!
