spell to stop love?

I am falling in love with my neighbor. He has two kids by different women. We have serious tension and we gave in. He lives with his girlfriend but trying to leave. I am always looking for him, wanting to be with him and I want to jump on him every time we are near eachother. I can't be with him no matter how bad I want too! My parents are strict and I can't be with anyone.. this is the second time I've fell head over heels with someone. I'm in college I have a lot going for me. I'm falling so fast and I can't have him.. help me? He's 3 years older than me.

Make a list of all the reasons it won't work. Really focus on this, make it as comprehensive as you can. Avoid him when you can and go back over the list everyday.

Make it a thing to remind yourself of why you shouldn't be with him every time you think of him. Even if it's just one thing each time.

Also, make sure you're focusing on why it wouldn't work or shouldn't work rather than why it can't work. Can't introduces that forbidden fruit thing and makes it harder on you.

Failing all that, find something that symbolizes your feelings for him and use it to perform a banishing spell.
