I have researched a lot about AP. But I do not really know about Astral Realm.
What do you do there?
Can you create iit?
How so?
This might look silly so I am sorry. All my life I have focused on Divine Arts and Energy Works. So.I do not know much about it.

You do anything you want, there are a lot of dimenssions; many people reffer the place which Demons live "Hell" and the dimenssiosn where Angels live "Heaven". It's hard to create a dmenssion, but through patience and persistance it's possible. Energy work helps on that... If you mean create objects and such, it is possible, energy work is very useful here as well.
If you re reading a lot of books on the subject, they will generally say what what you see while doing an Astral Projection is the same you see when you don't. I say this is very wrong. There are different things you can experience during an Astral Projection (or spirit walk it is sometimes referred to). It really depends on what your misconceptions are. Definately experience in energy work helps you. My question is why do you want to travel to the Athreal Realms?
It's not something that can be created however what you perceive there can be filtered thereby "creating" a filter, this still isn't creating the astral just changing your perception to only acknowledge a part of it.
What you perceive is shaped by your expectations and intentions, if you expect to enter a sp00ky realm full of scary red eyes and frowny faces then thats where you'll end up, if you expect to land in a place where unicorns run wild that's where you'll end up.
both of them are "real" just different parts of the astral shaped by different perceptions.
Just one more question , out of curiosity:
If you create an astral realm and do something, can you save it for later access? For example: You have designed an astral realm. Now, can you save it so you can visit it again?

Astral projection i.e. travel have always been a part of my life. Even as a small child I travelled. creating astral realm is very visual. when my mother was getting ready to pass, my oldest sister was afraid. We were sitting in chairs side by side. I asked her if she trusted me and she said yes. and I told her I would show her something and not to be afraid. I took her hand and we closed our eyes, and the jext thing she knew she and I were surrounded by what looked like stars but were billions of spiritss and felt a feeling of being filled with love. she was in awe. we returned to Moms room and she said "I am not afraid for mom anymore." sometimes I bring things back with me. I visited a friend in vermo t who has a white wolf. He sensed me there, so I took a few white wolf hairs back with me. I photo'd them and sent him the picture. Once you learn how to travel you can go anywhere, just don't frighten people.
