I'm not sure about weight loss spells, but there are things that can help like exercise, eatting right, and getting rid of certain carbs. You could also try a spell to help you, but it may or may not work
Weight loss spells are less designed to make you lose weight and more for giving you an extra boost and extra motivation to continue exercising regularly, eating healthily, drinking enough water, etc.
They work alongside healthy eating to help you maintain it, there are some great posts made for writing your ownspells but if you are very new you should most probably not be attempting to cast spells at all and start with learning and building a foundation of knowledge.
Like the others said, there's no spell to make you lose weight. Losing weight takes time and sometimes it may seem like there's no progress at all, but if you stick with it you will see results. I wasn't ever too big really, but I had a gut. It took 2 months of hard work 5 days a week for me to get down to the thinnest I've ever been in my life. That includes eating right, proper portion size (because even if you're eating healthy, too much is still bad), exercising for at least an hour those 5 days a week.
It can be tough to stay motivated, and as Rikki said, a spell may help you keep on track, but it's not going to make you lose faster. I suggest finding a buddy to encourage you and help you along the way, it really does help.
I'm a loner so I don't have friends, I tried to change my diet and I ended up in the hospital, sick and weak. It's depressing me so I thought I would try to find something here to help me.
I use to be over weight, I have made great progress, the greatest thing you can do is accept yourself now and love yourself, changes will come with that love, Listen to what your body wants, make better choices for you, Imagine that your body is another person of its own and treat it accordingly.
Also, do what makes you happy and do it while enjoying, if you dont enjoy it you can move on to something else,
you have free will and the time to change whenever you want. theres no need to be depressed you have all the tools you need and thats yourself.
Before you make any serious changes to your diet, you should always discuss these changes with your doctor.
Maybe it is best to speak with your doctor, allowing them to help make a diet plan with you, this will stop you from hurting yourself while trying to slowly loose weight.
Magickal work surely can make your appearance healthier, let you look better when a lot of movement is involved as well as all other physical things will have influence on you. Working outside, eating healthy carbs, exercising a lot combined with a lot of discipline will for sure have an influence on your weight loss, rather than weighting for a spell to make it faster for you.
It all actually depends on what you eat! I myself love eating Italian and American food like Burgers, Fries, Pizza's and Pastas. But if you want to maintain your body figure or slim down a bit, you will need to sacrifice a bit of your cravings and time to do so. For most people who have a good mind set (Determined People), they are the one's that will spent time in the gym with their buddies to improve their stamina and shape their body as well. Some people will turn to sports (If you turn to sports, make sure you always re-hydrate yourself and go for the healthy foods, including yogurts! I love yogurts (I add strawberries on it or mango)).
If you are the type of person that does not want to do contact sports, or go to the gym (Exercise). You will have to start learning how to cook healthy foods with less condiments, especially oil! The food will taste like nothing at all but you will see the results in just a few weeks and in a few months you will see that you will lose big and I guess, you will learn to love yourself even more.
But right now. try not to be too hard on yourself because you need to be determined to do this. Since it is for yourself you are doing it!
