Head stuck in projection

Sometimes ,when I astral project my arms ,legs ,stomach is already
Go up from physical body ,but my head is still on
Physical head ,its like stuck, I can move arms legs
,even punch and kick ,but my head still in physical head bed

Other things in other day
I got I fully know that my body still in bed
But I can't walk more than 1 m from my body ,its seems
So heavy to walk more than 1 m

What is this actually??

this is common and very normal, simply keep on trying. Perhaps focus on some mediation to cleanse your mind of physical things beforehand. When you first start Astral projection you can not go very far from your body, but as you project more often you should start to get more ability to free roam. Do not ever go farther from your body than you are able to.

Oh yeah ,Im now gonna ask weird question
do its easier to astral project if I naked?
Do actually we can bring something astrally too ,like wand?
If we hold it when astral project?
Someone ever try something like this ?
Any explanation about this sequence?

I would recommend to buy some crystals to help you out when you Astral Project.It can help you so much.And I think being naked is a very good thing to do.Of course,it depends,with some people doesn't work but with some other does.
I always Astral Project when I'm naked.
