How does one know if they have psychic powers ?

What do you mean by "Psychic Powers"? Do you mean telekinesis and things of that like? Or do you mean being clairvoyant, or sensitive?

Well like knowing stuff before happening...
and knowing what someone what is going to say before they say it...

First and foremost, all things subject to kinesis- be this tele, geo, hydro, bio, etc are all roughly rooted in fictional/ demonstrational stage magic. It is otherwise known as simply manipulation. And thus it is not particularly categorized as any 'psychic power'.

What you are referring to is called: Precognition along with probably Clairaudience. Foreknowledge of events, this being audio/visual. Majority if not all humans have been recognized by some recent studies to have precognition in their dreams or can achieve this in altered/experiencing a heightened consciousness. However, for some individuals- precognition comes more naturally to them than to others. This giving them heightened intuition and natural augur extrasensory 'abilities' and perceptions. Deeming them to have clairvoyance, clairaudience or so on.

Perhaps, you are in a period where your foretell state is activated- where you are seeing visions and other prophetic like occurrences more than ever before. Your 'psychic' senses are heightened at this time, allowing you to see, hear, know, or even taste [taste being similar to deja vu, as if you have said what the other person is going to say 'like the tip on my tongue' saying or you literally taste a specific triggering food(s)] before the other person mutters a word.

Majority of the time it is hard to tell if one is truly a 'psychic' or not over a diminutive period of time or in a couple of instances and even coincidences. Precognition, clairaudience, along with many other extrasensory skills facilitates time to subject as an artistry/ability. I would log how often this occurs along with any other similar instances, personally.
