Bully is in the house

Or as your friends say Troll. My landlord! Is forcing my son to evict the kitten Santa Clause gave him for Christmas. Sonny is sobbing so much. I don't know what to do. I am so angry I can't focus. He wants mommy to pull a string but my brain was whiped today. I am mommy but I need intervention against, Dain, my landlord, he actually threatened me today "if the kitty is here on Saturday we will evict if not you can stay." Please! fill my son with love and trust in me that we will conquer this bully and live with luxuries and happy things like kitties and games and money and more. I am new here and things sometimes do make sense but not this time I live my son and daughter so much this hurts.

You might consider letting a relative keep the kitty for you until you might be able to move where they will allow a cat.

I recently moved, my Son is keeping my cat, I cant have pets here either. I get text messages with pictures, and I can go visit, it helps, I know she is loved.

Ill send prayers I hope it works out for you.

Are you sure this is actually "bullying" and not him withholding the tenancy agreement.

Many places do not allow animals, have you made sure that you are allowed animals within the accommodation?

If not then this man is simply withholding the tenancy agreement.

If you have signed a tenancy agreement, in which it is clearly stated that he is renting the house to you under the condition that no pets are living on the premises, you have breached the terms of a legal contract. Therefore, if you do not remedy the breach he has got the legal right to evict every single member of your family (kitten included). He is the rightful owner of the house and you either have to respect the agreement, or you have to find another place to live. You should have never brought an animal in the house, without making sure that you are not breaching any contracts you have made previously. Unfortunately, your son gets to suffer in the situation.
If I was you, I will find a copy of this agreement and read it few times, if it is mentioned there you have not got any choice. If you signed it, you agreed on the terms and the conditions. You cannot just change that just because you felt like it.

If there is not any clause that mention any animals, you might be able to argue your case in court to at least be given reasonable time to find a suitable home or you can be able to live there until your tenant agreement ends. If your landlord minds it now he will mind it forever, so soon or late he will find way to get you out of there. It is his house not yours.

I have been renting houses for good 12 years. Usually you have to ask your landlord permission for just about anything, that might effect the house in any shape and form and for additional people and animals joining the family. It is not something most of us like or enjoy, but cannot be helped. You either do it or your face the consequences.

It is your job as a mother to never put your son in a situation in which he ends up with broken heart. In this situation neither the child or the kitten are responsible to take any decisions, but you are. It is your job to fill the heart of your children with love, trust in your decision making and to make sure that after Saturday they have roof above their heads. You are also now responsible for this kitten as well.

Obviously, your landlord does not like pets and animals in his house, and I doubt he will start liking just because you felt like your son needs a pet for Christmas. That is not how things work.

check your lease on pets, if not specified you're fine, but a lot of places are going all 'no pets' crazy it's crazy hard to find places that allow pets [my sister moved to Toronto and couldn't find a single place in her price range that allowed pets, hence why i have her cat] difficult as it may sound you need to look into your rental agreement for pet specific rules, and if there are, your options are a. give the cat away b. move [c. give the cat to a friend while you look for a new place]

spell wise there's a few options. you could try a honey jar to sweeten your landlord to the idea, there's a banishing to keep your landlord away [but that's rather difficult as he owns the building] a binding to keep the cat close or a protection to keep it safe.

if you decide to move you could also look into several spells like luck, wish spells, even money spells. i would weigh your options before you proceed.
