Some1 cast a spell on me?

I have the feeling that someone must have cast a spell on me because I started experiencing lots of negative things in a short time frame and it all happened really fast.
I get the feeling it must be from someone's jealous gf because it all started subsiding the minute me and him got into an unexplainable argument and we went into separate ways.
Is there any spell I could do to break that spell?

in all seriousness, if you feel someone's cast on you, do a cleansing and protection, as well as daily ground and shielding. this would get rid of any negative energy. there are many ways to cleanse so look up what works best for you.

also, while it is wise to do regular cleansings, protections, grounding, shielding [yadda-yadda-yadda] keep in mind life has ups and downs and sometimes bad things happen because that's life and not someone put a spell on you. [plus there would be more signs than just a little 'bad luck'] think positive and fill your world with positive energy, this should get rid of most problems you might have involving energy directed at you.

You are right that negativity doesn't always mean a spell is cast on you. It was that I had several things that happened.
It started with this dream:
It was different than the other dreams I've seen.
I saw that I was in a strange room and there was a witch who talked to me and asked me what I truly wanted. Then there was behind her a scene of that guy that we argued and I told her that I wanted to be close to him but I didn't want to influence his free will. But I wasn't telling the truth because deep in my heart I wanted to be with him and I wasn't saying that. She used some sort of small doll and an energy chord that she wrapped around it. She told me to take the doll and keep it, but I knew that wasn't what I wanted. I said that I didn't want the doll because I could sense I could only see the guy but I could no longer speak to him. I gave her back the doll and I saw a mummy that was laid down close to her saying that the spell was sealed.

The next day I woke up and was feeling great but before midday and without making any sudden moves I felt like I pulled a muscle on my back and this pain lasted 3 days and prevented me going to the place that I was meeting this guy in real life.
I felt a black cloud of energy constantly around me and lots of negativity. It peaked until the day me and this guy argued and now I can see him but I can never speak to him.
And from what I've been told by another source that didn't know any of these, he had been feeling this negativity too.

i'm torn between a dream interpretation of your subconscious and an actual spell being cast [it has been said some can enter others dreams] i recommend a cleanse/protect [blah-blah-blah] thing i said previously. i know i sound like a broken record [i swear i suggest cleanse/protect 3 times a day] but it really is a great habit to get into even without a curse. think of it like insurance, it's nice to be prepared in case of an emergency.

since you don't know who this person is [if this was indeed a curse] can't really do a 'return to sender' or defend against a specific person, but you can still cleanse the energy. again there's millions of options at your disposal so find the one that works best. [personally i use sage smudge then anoint my doors and windows with protection oil]

if you have limited tools you could try using salt [don't overdo it if you're sprinkling salt around your room, i suggest mixing salt and water in a spray bottle and charging it with positive energy] the key to a cleansing is the energy, charge yourself with positive energy, and as you spray [sage, whatever] visualize and feel negative energy being replaced with positive [i usually visualize clumps of tar and it disappearing and becoming a glowing golden light]

once you've cleansed your home [you should feel lighter, happier, warmer, basically in a very good mood] be sure to protect your home. you could draw protection symbols on your doors and windows, say a chant in each room, hang a protection charm, whatever you feel keeps the home safe [if you live in a house, there's also loose mixes you could sprinkle around the property line to protect the home]

for yourself there's cleansing baths [or showers if that's your thing] as with the house cleansing, visualize/feel negative energy being washed away by the water. [i use the chant 'stress and strain go down the drain']

then you can keep it up by infusing energy into regular activities, like as you sweep/mop/vacuum your house, visualize any negative energy being swept away [you could also charge energy into your mop water] same with showers, saying a cleansing or protection chant when you have a shower can pull double duty [i have a sea salt body scrub i charged with positive energy i use to cleanse]

regarding the person, i know you don't want to cast over them, and you really don't have to, but if you want them to start talking to you, you could try a simple honey jar, this would open their mind to hearing you out so you could apologize, or soften them to the idea of hanging out. up to you, but it's an option if you wanted to say sorry and start over.

that's lovely! I will try the cleansing with the salt. I need to search up about symbols. I am not sure if I could hang up anything at my place because of the house rules I live. But I will include as many methods as you suggested.
