Salem

Hello there ! Me and my boyfriend are taking a trip up to Salem, Massachusetts. I was wondering if anyone lives there or has visited Salem and knows of some things to do or things to see. We will only be there for a day, sadly..... But if anyone has been there or lives there and knows of some sites or things to do that are worth seeing or really in depth I guess you would say .

Well the Museum of Witchcraft, for one. I'm told that's a great activity for all ages, although some younger children might have issue with the grittier parts of the Burning Times. Beyond that, I believe a tour of the historical markets throughout the city would be nice.

lucky lucky lucky you! i've always wanted to go. my mom went last year [still jealous] saw some amazing pictures. there's many tours, museums and witchy shops [Laurie Cabots shop for example] i've been told it's 'witches disneyland' so keep your head about you should you go shopping. lot of great places, but very pricey items too. personally there's a bunch of shops i want to visit [i think my mom said it was the witches dungeon tour that was cheesey] and i would love to visit the cemetery [but i love old cemeteries] have fun.
