Is there any spell casters out there that cast spells for other people?

Anywhere, really!

You will have a hard time finding someone who is very experienced to cast a spell for you. It would be much better if you make and cast. If you are just now beginning with magic, diving into spells is not a good idea. It decreases the chance of future spells working if you don't practice the basics, study on magic, and what you want magic to do, the spell most likely won't work, you need to understand energy and build it up. There are many other things I could go on about but it would be really, really hard to find someone to cast for you. Doing it on your own is much more powerful.

I'm new and obviously late to read this. But generally yeah I cast spells for people. I'm experienced by 10 years so I know what I am doing.
