Weird dreams

Was feeling tired went to sleep and woke up all of a sudden felt like something or somebody was chocking me, strange thing is my neck on left side is right under jaw bone is very sore. I am wondering if this other my man is cheating with has paid someone to do something to me. Have not tried to hurt her. Any suggestion on what I need to do. reading my books but going take time to learn again.

Sleep paralysis experiences sound very similar. Do a little more research in that field.

It could be an entity, yes search sleep paralysis. Can you explain what happened with that man, I didn't get it.

I am also confused with the man. Are you saying someone placed a spell on you? Try burning sage, sage will cleanse the area and remove any negativity that is in your room, than bathe in epsom salt, wash downwards focus on removing any negativity that you might have, and absorb positive energy.

As for sleep paralysis, it could be that or it could of been fear.

Sleep paralysis - A temporary inability to move or speak while falling asleep or upon waking.

Fear paralysis - unable to move or speak due to anxiety or high levels of stress giving a person that "deer caught in headlights" feel.

First, do you have any stress? If you are what are you stressing about? Find the root of that problem and try to calm down.

The man I have been with 11 years, started cheating moved out and moved in with his step father. We talk every day he comes by every other week.

I was able to move. This woman I do not seen her once when I walked upon them at a gameing he'll. He denied her right in front of her but she saying he her man, he saying we just friends. She New .e and who I was.

So, you are saying you think the woman he cheated with may of placed a spell on you? Or do you think he did?

And since you were able to move then it was an entity. Don't panic if they want to hurt you you can banish them.
