So I tried a diet spell and it worked immediately. I lost half a pound in a day but my period came and my weight didn't change since then for four days. I don't know if it's still working. Can any girls tell me? Will I lose that 2 lbs after my period end? because I don't think that my period blood weighs 2 pounds?
A person's weight fluctuates throughout the day, that's why you seem to have lost half a pound. There is no such thing as a diet spell that will make you lose weight just like that. The only way to lose weight is to watch what you eat and to exercise.
I completely agree with moonstone. Your weight will fluctuate during a day. Also you tend to gain water weight while on your menstrual cycle. At the end of the day it comes down to will power and commitment
Diet spells dont work that way. The way they work is you become more mindful of what you eat and what you do. Maybe you get inspired to read three articles about health and nutrition a week. Maybe you feel more motivated to do hard workouts. However it works.
you are the operator. Saying some words and burning a candle isnt going to change, you make the changes.
But losing weight is simple. Take in less calories than you use. Period. Thats it. Use the spell and visualizations to see yourself making better choices about how and what you eat and what you do every day.
Good luck and enjoy the journey to physical health

These types of spells won't actually make you lose weight but will better increase your chances with losing weight and set a mind flow helping you stay focused on achieving your goal.
Also if you tell yourself over and over that you want to lose weight your brain will send chemicals out and allow you to start losing weight.
-Healtly foods
- Less sodium and carbs intake
-Exercise
well your body does change due to your menstrual cycle each month [weight gain, irritability, craving chocolate, acne and whatever other stereotypes people claim do hold some degree of reality for some not all] so a bit of extra weight isn't something to be alarmed with as it typically goes away in a few days [just watch out you don't binge on the chocolate. if you do, fight the urge for milk chocolate and go with the slightly healthier dark chocolate as it does have some small health benefits. moderation, don't forget]
if you're eating healthy, exercising, and having a generally healthy routine the rest of the month, things should get back on track, nothing to worry about. it's just when we go 'well, i can treat myself' and wind up 'treating' ourselves to a whole chocolate cake it becomes less fluctuation due to menstruation and weight gain due to chocolate cake [i apologize for saying chocolate so many times, i have a problem]
