Hello, everyone, I'm Eli. Only been practicing for six months now, and found this site during my research. Can't believe I haven't found it before--it's such a huge resource! Excited to read more of the articles and forum posts. Thanks for existing. :)

In the meantime, if anyone could point me to information on ritual aftercare (self care specifically for after rituals), I'd be grateful, as I've been having a hard time finding much about it.
