Psionic

I'm learnin electrokinisis, it's fun but slow going. Anybody have any ideas on hiow to increase psionic output, or strength, or to decrease learning time?

I REALLY want to get to the point where I can make lights flicker/go out just by looking at them or, even better, just with my aura.

ummm i think there are a few herbs that you mix together and put in a pouch and then put under your pillow, this helps to increase psychic ability but dunno bout electro kinisis

What herbs?

Any psionic boost spells or "creations" such as mixing herbs are all welcome.... as long as the specifics are included. Personally, at the moment I prefer psionic ability to magic. But when I have more time to myself, I will attempt to practice both.
PS: I'm by far no expert on Psi, but I'll answer general questions if anyone asks.

Yeah me too... I have moved my ceiling fan Ex: my other fan
(Strong Fan) Was blowing the ceiling fan, the ceiling fan was
moving back and forth, when I think about nothing and tried to
control the ceiling fan with my mind, I have stopped the rotation
for like less than 10 secs, And I did it again and the ceiling fan shaked

But I wonder why I feel dizzy sometimes (Is it over of energy?)

Feeling dizzy is usually a sign of low energy. As for increasing your psychic abilities, practice works the best! Each day of psychic practice builds slowly upon the previous days. It usually takes up to a few months for any results to show for beginners.

Can anyone tell me how to start the elarning of elemental kinisis or how to tell/call your element like some conjururs
