Day or Night?

So I was wondering about the times of day for casting. There isn't much about it that I've found. I've seen spells that specify by the light of the moon or night but my question is.. Those that don't specify how much would it matter if you say do one in the morning or midday?

Really it's up to you and what you feel is best for your spell. I do both, but it's more just when I feel like doing it.

I have seen a method of using the clock and the hours of the day. There will be a correspondence chart somewhere in the internet.

I found three different charts on Pinterest. Days of the Week, Times of the Day and Magik Hours of the Day.
I'm copying them into my Book of Shadows.
