I have seen that there are very descriptive rituals to perform for occasions such as Imbolc and Yule, and with Imbolc being tomorrow I have been interested in doing something but found that the materials listed are much too unavailable at the moment. I have found some easier ways to celebrate these holidays, but I was wondering if there could be different ways to do so listed somewhere on the website for beginners such as I to use as a reference.

There are as many ways to celebrate Imbolc as there are practitioners. Celebrate as you can. If it means lighting a candle and offering water to the Gods, so be it. Beginner's rituals tend to be the same as advanced working. It's just a matter of practice :)

As for something on the site - I can't seem to find anything specifically for Imbolc (Plus I'm lazy and didn't search as hard as I should of.... dang it!), but I did find this. This protection spell is as easy as it gets, using three items:

Celebrations of the Wiccan Sabbats are traditionally reserved for celebrating the Wheel of the Year rather than spellwork. Spellword is generally done on the Esbats and sometimes the Dark Moons as well.

Star, you don't need a lot of fancy stuff to celebrate the holiday. If you don't have the ability to look at doing a complex ritual, then you might consider researching exactly what Imbolc represents in the Wiccan religion. Then you could celebrate by meditating on that meaning and how it applies in your own personal life. No tools needed other than your heart and your head.

Also, Imbolc, which falls at the time when the animals are having their babies, is linked to milk. Feasts and celebrations around Imbolc often include milk and milk based foods. A glass of milk, some custard, cheese, etc would be appropriate foods. If you opt to do a meditation you might end it by drinking a toast in honor of the Lord and Lady, and then taking the remainder of the milk and pour it on the ground outside as an offering to them.

Your suggestion of the on-site reference is a good one. I shall have to see about getting something like that written up.
