Numerology.no. 11

If a person have rational thought no. 11 . Then what does he think like? In one of the sites I read that they have advanced feelings, but then what does this mean? And one more thing like their minds can't be understood by normal human logic. It seems pretty interesting to me. So please guys share with me what you think about it. Haha
