Yes it is real and it takes time to learn! even empathy is real cuz i have that. still learing Telepathy

I personally dont believe in telepathy and there is no real way of proving it either way.

In regards to the witch powers question. Witches are no different from anyone else, they dont have special abilities that allow them to undertake magickal practice. So no you cant give someone witch powers. If another would like to practice magickal workings and call themselves a witch they have to do the study and practice to get there. There arent any shortcuts.

Yes, telepathy is possible, and it is also easy. Sometimes, I hear other people's thoughts. To listen to other people's thoughts, stop what you are doing, clear your own thoughts, and just let messages said in other people's minds appear in your mind.

The historical dictionary definition of a witch is a person believed to have magical powers. All through out from ancient history to today, people believed in, and still believe in, people having magical powers, not just practicing magic.

Telepathy is possible at least in spirit communication. Witch powers is something anyone can develop, I'm thinking you mean magick?
