I need help Seidhr magic

I would very much be grateful for any guidance as an embark on this path of the seer I realise I my self am may with does go against traditional norms however as a lokean that what we do a the time plus form my lines interactions with Freya she seems rather happy with it

What I know
The abiltes of a seer
There role
There dutys
There basic practises and rites

What I don't know
How to perform them properly
How to make uses of the abilitys


Also I have in fact performed inination rite to Freya and loki to help affirm my self into This path

Hey there, good on you for beginning your practice with seir, I for one an beginning to practice myself. As someone who is also starting out, I am finding that I need to build up in proper practices. Seidr is a lot of diving and communing with the gods, as they come to you most the time, so learn to work with all of them, not just Loki and Freyja. As for practices, I began with learning to meditate, then went into three different trance states, mainly the mental "hypnotic trance" and the physician formed "ecstatic trance". There are great resources out there on both. I found that shamanic drumming helps a lot when journeying and entering a trance state.

i like to work with all of these to some degree or another. the path of flesh is not necessarily blood-letting, and the path of plants is not necessarily hallucinogenic, just be safe and exercise caution.

in my experience it is easy to jump in and lose parts of ones soul to wandering other worlds. seriously ground often =D

Turn to the spirits for the answers. If your having trouble communicating with freyja then daily meditation is required on your part in order to facilitate two way communication. There are no spiritual practices when walking the path of the Vitki/volva. The only one mentioned is Utïseta (sitting out) specifically in nature. While learning Seidhr under freyja she’ll teach you how to “let go” to loose yourself.
