It's possible you have psychic tendencies. If your mother had them, even not knowing, she could have passed them down to you

It could well be just coincidence and mean nothing special. If you had a cat that wasn't spayed then it was a good bet that at some point she'd have kittens even if you hadn't dreamed it.

If your sister and her husband wished for a child it is likely that your Mom wished for them to have one too. So dreaming about it would be likely as would the fact that your sister eventually had a child.

Don't jump at magic as your first thought when something happens. Take a look at whether the dream was about something that was likely to happen anyway.

Sounds like your dreams have prophetic properties. Pay attention to them. There are certain crystals you can use to intensify the effect.
