menopausal boss

She's going through every possible symptom of it. I feel bad because my turn will come too. But she is going crazy at work, taking off me and everyone on the team. She is bordering on tyranny. And I do my best to understand but it gets too much to handle. Will someone help me develop a simple spell to calm her down and heal her while protecting my team (and me).

I do not think just a simple spell would help her as menopause has a lot of effects on the woman's body. When women enter this stage in life, they may often experience pains, heat flashes, anxiety, mood swings, insomnia/abnormal sleep, fatigued, and many more. This happens due to estrogen depletion. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do for her. She may need to consult with her PCP to see if there are ways to alleviate some of the side effects.

As stated above, you can not do anything since it is her own body going through a change.

What you could do, magick wise, would be something to absorb/send away the negativity that she is causing. When you work in environments filled with stress, anger, screams, etc. negativity flows and is absorbed by everyone working there, specially people with more sensitive tendencies to energies.

You could walk around with a crystal ( such as black tourmaline ), to help you defend against these said energies and reducing them as well. This should help out at least a bit.

Regarding your boss, as stated above, you can't really do much.

I know. It must be horrible and I'm getting there sooner than I think. But the tourmaline is a great idea... thanks y'all
