Cleansing question

I cleansed my crystals and some other items in the new moon.
When I went to collect the items in the morning my mirror was on the ground face down.. I am concerned as it could not have fallen on its own. Any thoughts, please??

Was it outside or inside? Do you own pets? Are you sure it couldn't of slid and fallen? [like was it propped up or lying flat] the mirror can be a symbol for the moon so it could be overcharged so it got moved out of the light by spirit. Though I've never witnessed deity or a spiritual being moving a physical object I have dealt with objects disappearing and reappearing in odd places because a spirit was moving it. I don't think it's anything you should be concerned about, but if you are you could save your home, spray salt water, or light a white candle and visualize your home being cleansed of tar Like energy that might be lingering.

Outside. All pets were inside. It was lying flat and I made sure all was secure. Just seemed so odd that it was the only item out of place. Could I cleanse the mirror with salt or sage just to be sure?

If you are concerned or feel something off about the mirror I suggest cleansing it for sure making sure there are no unwanted spiritual energies attached to it.I believe something could have knocked it down or someone living in your household could have been playing a prank on you,but if it makes you feel uncomfortable definitely cleanse it.
