A spell to help 2 friends

Is there any spell that can help my 2 friend’s get better, they both are cutting and won’t stop, they’ve both got medical help but I’m the end it made both of them worse, I’ve tried talking to both of them multiple times but in the end none of them listen, I’ve tried anything but magic to help, is there any spells to help them, I’m really worried for them

If you go to school, I would recommend telling the school counselor. If not, there are self-harm resources you could reach out to and ask them how to handle the situation. This is something that should be dealt with by a professional.

If you are ever concerned that either of you friends is suicidal or cutting dangerously deep, please call 911 (or whatever the emergency number is in your country) immediately.

I'm not sure what you meant by "medical help making it worse." Medical help is how this should be handled. It can take a long time for therapy to work, and sometimes it can seem like the person is getting worse before they get better, so maybe that's what you meant, but I promise that medical attention is going to be the most effective in the long run.
