Low Energy

Hi Everyone!
I have noticed that recently I have been pretty depleted of energy.
I haven't been doing many spiritual works recently, I just haven't had energy.
If anyone would be so kind to inform me of a spell or way to uplift my energy levels
So I don't always feel so exhausted. PS- I went to see a doctor and there was nothing wrong with my blood and I do not have any form of depression, it is not a medical concern :)

Ground and center yourself.

I would suggest a bit of meditation. Just to relax and find that oneness and completeness with yourself that brings motivation and inspiration. I do have a form of depression that brings a lot of ups and downs, but whenever I'm feeling drained, I find that focusing on chakra work helps a lot. It won't necessarily pull me straight out of it, but it does help give me the motivation to pull myself out of it for a while. Usually this consists of doing things I don't feel like doing until I feel I've been productive, but to each their own.
