Worldwide wish

When using a wish spell are you able to affect the whole world with it? Is it impossible or do you need to do a specific spell for it?

A spell is basically making a ritual wish.

That said, one belief about how magic works is that it nudges probability in the direction of the desired result. Let's say, for example, you want to win the lottery. You have a one in 260 million chance to win. Casting a spell improves that to 1 in 258 million. That's a pretty big improvement, but it's still not highly likely that you would have the winning ticket.

Now, as for something affecting the entire world, it depends heavily on what you're wishing. If you want to spread a bit more feeling of love, there's a pretty good chance, in my opinion, that any effort in a spell could do that, regardless of whether people acknowledge or reject the feeling. If you're trying to do something drastic, the outcome might not be as likely.

Wishes,wishes...I will say this when it comes to wishes usually only hateful or otherwise negative are the ones that come true.

I would not agree with that statement at all. Although, with a mindset so pessimistic, I could see where it might turn out that way. Any wish spell, as long as it is within reason and you put real intent and effort into it coming true, can do so.

As for the original question, I would reason that, to affect the whole world, you would need to use a lot more energy, whether it be in the form of stronger intent, or casting the same wish spell very often. Again, it depends on the wish that you have. Wishing to end world hunger and then doing nothing to contribute to that effect, will probably not work. But donating to charities and things like that while wishing that the money or food you donate goes as far as it can, is a lot more probable.
