If you are waiting for the results, then you can't do anything.
You already took the test, what will be, will be and you will get the results you deserve if you put in the necessary work.

No. As was said earlier, what will be will be. There is nothing that can be done at this point.

Depriving yourself of sleep to study like that can be counterproductive. Firstly, it will mentally and physically exhaust you. Secondly, the brain stores long-term memories during sleep, so study is best done before bed. There have been many studies corroborating this.

There are some things you can do to improve your grades, without magic:

  • Eat a hot breakfast. There are many corrolations between a hot nutritious breakfast and better grades.
  • Wake up just early enough to not rush through your morning. Trying to rush, being stressed, and the like, are all counter-productive to your mental performance later on.
  • Study in the evening, without distraction. Music with lyrics, television shows, movies, YouTube, checking emails, and the like, all lead to a decrease in retained information.
  • Take breaks. It is quite possible to overload in long study sessions.
  • Get plenty of sleep. At least six hours would help keep you better rested, and improve cognitive response. A lot of sources consider eight hours the magic number.
  • Vary your subjects while studying. This reinforces taking breaks. Ten minutes to each subject, and rotate between them.
  • Re-hash the most difficult portions just before bed. This should be mostly passive reading, to help keep the mind as calm as possible.

Something slightly magic-related:

  • Meditation around the same time every day. It trains the mind to be calm and focused on demand. One of the many benefits of daily meditation is improved learning and test performance.

Of course, I could include my typical list of good sleep preparation and habits to maintain to get a good night's rest, but I think the above should at least be a start.

You could have taken a number of paths, before taking your exams.

If you've already done so, there's nothing that can be done.
