i think it happends every now nd again if ur sending so many messages at 1 time ,

Due to an absence of the Administrator, there was a limit set on the amount of messages you can send in an hour. It should be dealt with some time. Just wait an hour and your account will be able to send messages again. This limit also applies to posts per hour.
