Pet familiar

So I have two birds, both Budgies, and I want one of them (Spring, a female) to be my familiar. Does anybody know how I can ask her? I want to make a spell but I don't know where to start.

Your familiar is not a physical animal. Sorry. We have some posts on this topic, you might want to read them.

Ah, alright. Thanks for the information. I could have sworn I heard somewhere that you pet could be your familiar. Must have been fake.

Sadly it is a common misunderstanding that even occult authors put out there.
