Herbs

Hello, everyone. I have experienced some strange phenomenon recently are there any herbs to sever a spiritual connection in the magical practice. If so what are they and where should I seek them out. I would also like to ask if I should be using Himalayansalt in order to cleanse.

I personally use natural sea salt to absorb and cleanse negative energy. Salt (of all kinds) is wonderful for purification and cleansing. Sprinkle it around your home before you cleanse or smudge your space and then sweep up the salt and dispose of it once you're done. Cedar, sage, sandalwood, and dragon's blood are all good choices for cleansing and removing negative energies, be they spiritual or otherwise.

I'd first suggest banishing any spirits or negative energies and then do a smudging ritual, followed up with a protection and warding. If you work with a deity, I would call upon them and ask them for their aid as well, and then working with them, perform a blessing on yourself and your space to further protect yourself and help to keep the attachment from reoccurring.

If the attachment is a very strong and oppressive one, you may need to look into seeking out a religious leader to help you, if you are unable to remove it on your own.

John the Conqueror Ipomoea Jalapa is what I use. But there are many herbs of many natures on this site.
