There are no "masters of magic", but you do have members more knowledgeable about their practices and religion than some members.

I will have to differ from the last statement. There are traditions of magic and witchcraft which include group practice, initiation, and mentoring. Just because many people these days end up practicing in solitude, it is certainly not the only nor necessarily best option for everyone. In fact, proper tutelage can be quite instructive for many people. There is more than one way to learn magic.
