simple spell for anxiety

i need a spell to help with my anxiety that doesn't require many ingredients because im in a place right now without access to that stuff. I do have some lavender and selenite and a tiny tiny piece of quartz but that's it. the situation isnt dangerous im just nervous about an upcoming event.

I don’t know how much this will help, but you could also put a protection spell on yourself before the event so that your mind will be at ease. You could also try meditation. When you meditate try to say something like

Surrounded by love that is true
Surrounded by light that is pure
Surrounded by peace
Surrounded by happiness

Imagine white lights wrapping around you and try to feel the energy of protection.
