helo again! i thank you for being so helpful... any way, can any one please help tell me how to make a wand? and also can i use any tree branch

You can use any tree branch, but some claim you should be gifted the branch by the tree. [even if you don't believe in befriending trees, it's nice to leave a little something to say thanks to the spirit] get a branch roughly the length of your elbow to the tip of your finger then shape it into a wand [carve or paint symbols if you want, and hang objects off if desired] once your branch looks like a wand it's ready to be consecrated. You can cleanse it first [but if you've made it I feel you've charged it already] cast a circle, wave the wand through some incense if you wish [wands are air element] and say a little "oh deity I work with this is my wand and I will use it in my craft" to dedicate it to its job [you can use what I said, or find a fancy one online, basically tell whatever you work with the purpose of the stick as a wand] then I would leave it on your altar or somewhere in the moonlight overnight to be blessed, and you're done.

Oh, forgot to add, different wood has magickal properties, you may wish to research the tree first to see if the energy helps with what you wish to cast [more love spells, or if it's a sacred tree to your path, such as oak]

Does it need to be from elbow to the tip of the finger ? Why or why not ?

Typically wooden wands are created to be around this length, but they don't need to be. You can find very long wands, but also very short ones. Often wands made from copper or crystal are much shorter than wooden wands. It all depends on preferance, the most important thing is that you feel comfortable using it.
