am i seeing ghosts/spirit

hi. so i've been sensing some things these last few weeks and i don't understand it really. let me start from the start.
i recently moved to a new apartment, the owner's husband had jumped out the balcony and died. when i'm alone i sometimes feel like someones standing behind me, and from the corner of my eye i keep seeing a shadow of a teen boy. he runs and disappears in thin air. this is not the first time it's happened to me, i've felt things in other houses as well. but i never really looked into it, i dismissed it as to being sleepy or stressed, but it's been going on more frequently than usual. so if anybody can tell me about this, please do. anything is fine, from rational explanations to superstition. thanks

Hello! So I don't want to try and make a judgement on what you saw as I wasn't there, but I can offer a few pieces of advice. It may be best to just leave the entity alone. If it is not approaching you, don't approach it or give it a reason to as there could be a potential for danger there.

If you don't know how to cleanse and ward yet, now would be the perfect time to do so given that you have a reason. Cleanse the house, or just your room if possible, and ward your space so that nothing intending on harming you can enter. The cleansing should remove anything negative as well. I find it best to layer wards, because that serves as extra layers of protection. Sigils and sprays are a great way to start.

New here, how is everyone doing. Going straight to the point. If you have a choice leave that place. If not build yourself to be able to fight this thing. By that I mean have it in mind that you are powerful than whatever being in that house. Then do get,yourself rose water, see salt, holy water. Put all together, bath with some, sprinkle some in the house. Keep the rest and repeat it as long as you can. Plus get some black seed and burn it in the house. If anything get back to me. Waiting for your reply. It has been proven many times to be successful.
