What a mentalist really is, and what it's not.

What is a mentalist?

A mentalist is an individual whom can "Read the minds of the people" that they talk to/work with. They are also called;

Mindhackers, Telepathy doctors, psychos, and such.

Yes, there is a television show called "The mentalist" (It's a very good one at that).

A mentalist has the abilities (or psychological intelligence) to:

• Depict what people are thinking based on body language
• Do basic level to advanced mind tricks.
• predict a persons next move based on body language/emotion.
• Ability to manipulate a person to change their emotions or decisions.
• Manipulate minds of criminals into confession.
• Heal a person through body expression and verbal cues.

A mentalist has been a mentalist since a young age, at that young age they where assumed to have social issues like autism disorder. Which is not always the case when reached mental maturity. They have been known to be highly intelligent for their age. Not just in a acedemicway, more so in a verbal intellectual way.

What a mentalist is not:

• A person who can do telekinesis.
• someone who is mentally disabled.
• A psychopath that will mind control people to destroy society (Yes, someone has said that to me).
