Stop bullying spell/charm

Someone I know is getting bullied for her romantic orientation, I'm not experienced in this kind of magic so that's why I'm posting this here.

What could I use (As far as ingredients) to create a anti bullying charm or a spell?

You could search in spells for anti bullying. Also, a revenge spell might be helpful. Does your friend believe in magick? Spells will be more effective if she casts it herself.

Be careful with revenge spells. Remember the threefold law and prepare for some nasty Karma if you proceed.

My recommendation would be to employ a method of protection or attempt a banishing spell on this person's behalf in regards to ridding them of bullies. For banishing, a great method would be to write down the problem on a piece of paper--be it the name of the perpetrators or their actions. From here, you can bury the paper, throw it in a body of water, or burn it and visualize them disappearing from this person's life. If you wish to employ a method of protection instead you could create a sigil, energy shield, or make use out of the herbs cinnamon, lavender, and mugwort via an herbal sachet. I hope this helps. :)

You asked for "ingredients" that you could use to craft your own spell or charm. A cursory glance at my copies of "Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs" and "Encyclopedia of Crystal, Gem & Metal Magic", both by Scott Cunningham would point to the following as being useful:

Herbs- Aloe, Basil, Cinnamon, Dill, Flax, Hyacinth, Mint.
Gems- Agate, Jasper, Lapis lazuli, Peridot, Topaz

These are specifically listed as being for "Protection." There are dozens and dozens of more herbs, metals, and gems on the same list, but typing them out would take far too long, and would almost certainly violate copyright (at the very least, the spirit of the copyright).

From a teaching standpoint, however, I would point out that simply looking up "Protection" may not be the best way to go about this. Instead, perhaps "Peace and Harmony, to Instill" or "Friendship, to Promote" or even "Gossip, to Halt" would have more useful ingredients. Perhaps a mix of ingredients from each list would give you the best result.

What I'm saying, the 7 herbs and 5 gems that I listed are really just a jumping off point. If your local library has a copy of either book, perhaps try to check it out. Or you might be able to get a PDF online, or order a copy for yourself. While I have some strong disagreements with Mr. Cunningham, his books are still an excellent resource for beginners, and even after 10 years on this site I still have them on hand as references.
