Third eye/spirits

I just wanted to ask any psychics or people who where able to open their third eye by what you can call "Semi will".

Is it normal to experience a migraine if you have had your third eye open for quite some time? I do get that when it's open that I will have some pressure between my eyebrows.

Headaches are normal when opening the third eye this is due to pressure in your third eye charka and crown charka as new energy is flowing through your body opening up these charkas. Make sure to ground yourself as often as possible during this process.

Look after yourself by eating fresh vegetables, fruit and drink lots of water. If possible remove socks and shoes by placing them on the ground. While this won't make the job easier, it will help you balance yourself so you won't end up feeling sick. You may also find yourself needing afternoon naps take them if possible to help recharge yourself.
