Communication limit

Under TemereCreta I wrote in welcome as well as two long posts in the forum.
They all disappeared and now I have "communication limit reached" when I try to post or join chatter.
Whats going on?

It’s strange because I too wrote something and it’s nowhere to be found?

I'm not positive how the communication limit works, but it often happens if you post too fast and it's deemed spam, or if you're gagged for inappropriate content.

Who do I contact to get it reversed?

You can't, usually. Most of the time anyone who asks gets ignored from what I've been told.
