Hey I'm back on this site after 25 years but do you think there's any spells you guys could help me make or smth that would make me more creative, I know it sounds kinda ridiculous but I'm a musician and I'm going through a MASSIVE creative block it's really hard to just think of something interesting or original
There are millions of methods and magicks to enhance creativity.
1. Go to sigilscribe.com, a sigil making site, and type in what you want. Than draw the sigil or image you get onto your palm or skin, or even your instrument. Try to do so with a black pen. Black is often associated with unblocking, so it should theoretically remove whatever is blocking your creativity, but just make sure that you're really precise with the sigil. Here's what could go wrong if you aren't precise enough:-
You do something like 'Unblock my creativity' then it'll probably get rid of whatever is blocking you, including some team member or something who's purposefully or not purposefully blocking you.
2. Use the power of the full moon to your advantage. The full moon is also known as the Mother, and is associated with creation. So, try writing your song outside in the full moon. Outside, with your instrument and song sheet, say "Moon light, moon bright. Grant me creativity upon this night. Unlock the mind, upon this hour. Awaken now my creative power!" as many times as you want. Imagine your song being finished or you writing happily. Do so until you feel creative or unblocked.
3. A wish spell to wish away your creative block, or to wish to be able to make a good song. Don't expect the whole sheet to fill up in seconds though, that's not how magic works. Imagine your song as complete while casting the spell
4. Look around yourself, move your eyes back and forth and left and right. This isn't exactly magick, but more science (Although, there's no real difference between the two. Magick is just science we don't fully understand). This gets your left and right brain hemispheres in sync to allow creative thoughts in. Another thing to do is to breath and get some oxygen to the brain.
5. Ask a goddess or god you associate with creativity in your religion. In my religion, we worship the Triple Goddess, and she's the one whose associated with creativity. Ask whoever your religion says you should ask, unless you're an atheist.
So, anyway, these are just some of the ways you could use, and are some of the simplest. Although, they'll probably only work in small doses, so maybe you'll be better off with a more powerful spell, but still, these methods could still add some magical power to your creative mind. I totally agree with what is said above and they are very best ways!
I am an artist too, and to be honest, artistic block is a very big trouble.
So, without repeating what is said above, I add you those suggestions:
- use the energy of crystals (find a crystal that inspires/attract you most or use one that has the ability to enhance creativity)
-use your favourite thing to activate your senses (eat your favourite food, smell your favourite perfume/flower, see your favourite pictures, etc.)
- meditate or stay in a natural zone (park, seashore, mountain, forest, etc)
- recall a memory, something that causes you emotion (mostly happy, but is in your choice), or even an idol you have
