Binaural beats does work

Does anybody knows binaural beat does work?
I've tried few videos on youtube,
Sometimes it works I think.
Please share the video or channel does work.

they do work! im making a research on how and why so check it out!

Start by looking into what frequencies have an affect on us, then look into how they can correspond to your practice whether it's chakras, trancing, simplified meditations, or energy work. Its important to know there is variance in how some frequencies/sounds effect people. I know many metal heads that would argue they find more peace within an electric guitar versus the spanish guitar.

Binaural beats, music, rhythm, and singing play a huge role in my life and practice. Even having the right beats per minute can have a profound impact on me and makes the difference between rocking out versus being reflective or even somber.

Key words to look into: Beta Waves, Theta Waves, Hertz, Drumming, Common Frequencies, Uncommon Frequencies, Healing Through Sound.

I personally would not recommend youtube but to each their own. I'm a little old school with my burned CD's.
