Memory Release

Hi Everyone,

I figured out a new technique to help me with Spell casting. What I did was focus on a memory that I was proud of, any kind of meaning achievement and raised energy with the intention of transmuting that positive emotion into the type of energy I wanted to incorporate into the spell. Of course this is no substitute for proper practice and studing Energy Work , magick, and all of the required skills to be able to cast a spell , such as how magick works at all that. What I wanted to know was if anyone else had any other interpretations for what I did because it's always good to have another pair of eyes.
