I am cursed. Please help

So I met a witch that cursed me so I need help breaking it or
Getting it taken away from me or at least reversing it

She said she cursed me to turn into a girl but I do not want to turn into a girl at all

A curse cannot change your physical gender. Magick does not defy nature.

As you have been told now by several people, there is no magic, curse or otherwise, that is going to change your DNA and your DNA in your case is male. So you will physically remain male no matter whether someone says they cursed you or not. That's not how magic works.

Someone is simply messing with your mind and your belief is allowing them to do this.

Then I have good news for you, you will not turn into a girl because that is not how Real Magik works. Magik is an energy ruled by nature. It brings natural changes only on the physical plane. Humans cannot change their gender by waking up and deciding to physically change, ergo a spell will not make you change your gender. If you do not identify as a girl, you will not become a girl. This person is lying to you to scare you. Your paranoia is causing you to curse yourself by charging negative energy. You will not become a girl, but you can scare yourself into believing it. Take a deep breath and calm down. If you are still scared of this person, I suggest cleansing and protecting yourself. It will solve 99.9% of your problems if this becomes a regular routine for you.
