I know I should do this in spells but I don't know how so I am doing it here.
I don't know if it will work for you but this is to summon a slight breeze on a hot day.

Wind, Wind Please I call upon thee, please great wind spirits it is hot to much to bear, I call upon thee no I beg of thee please send me a breeze no time to waste.
Then if it works you say thank you to them and if it doesn't still thank them and say I respect your decision. Thank you for your time.

It may also help to sit crossed-legged in a quiet area with a circle, drawn.

I don't know if it will work for you. But it did for me so please message me and tell me how it goes. For me it may have been a coinadence.

It was certainly a coincidence. The wind blows regardless of a spell or not, and currently we are all in a transitional season, regardless of hemisphere. All it takes to create a breeze is a difference is atmospheric pressure, which can happen because of slightly uneven heating due to surface conditions -- for example pavement will heat faster than grassy areas, and lose density because of expansion. Thus the hot air will be displaced upwards by cooler neighboring air, causing a breeze.

Any wind spell is only confirmed through confirmation bias.
