So my other half has been having the worst of luck as mine continues to grow. He always becomes irritated when he works on nights of full moons. However, he has been having very bad luck. I have put protection spells on the house, our car, and a few items we use everyday. I dont usually mess with luck spells. But the last few days my luck increases while theirs gets worse. I use to have terrible luck but I survived and can do it again. I think the Lady Godess Mother Moonhas blessed me since this last full moon was the Aquarius Moon in Leo. So is there a spell that will allow me to transfer my luck from me to them?
I don't feel magic quite works in the way that one can transfer a streak of their own luck, but there are things you can do:
Plants added to your partners space can aid in drawing in prosperity as well as help purify the air. Adding to the atmosphere.
Placing tiger's eye, citrine, green calcite or other stones in your partners spaces can help draw luck to them.
Rosemary, mint, or cloves in meals can bring good luck. Rosemary is especially good for this.
Daily thoughts of good luck for your partner can be great affirmations.
Affirmation work too is great.
Another aspect besides trying to attract luck can be to remove the blockage of it. Spiritual bathing or showers can help cleanse and remove obstacles.
Along with this can be to make sure plants and pets in the house are cared for and healthy. Make sure the house is clean and fresh. A fresh space can really help us feel rejuvenated increasing confidence, and luck.
Rosemary or chamomile thrown in with your partner's laundry can help as well, and is a very simple act and if done properly can attract much good.
That said, I don't personally feel the luck or your personal power itself can be transferred per-se, but there are many things you can do to help both you and your partner as a whole luck wise.

I would also suggest that a very large portion of 'luck' lies in the actions of the lucky. Opportunities for good or ill happen all the time, every day, surrounding everything we do. The trick is being aware of them so we can act towards the helpful ones, and act to avoid the harmful ones.
Your other half might be having a bit of bad luck simply because he has been fatigued lately, or stressed and distracted. Or otherwise just having an issue being in the present and alert.
"It is easier to find a coin on the sidewalk when you are actually looking for one."
Or, if you prefer; "it is easier to avoid an accident when your attention is on the road."
